Regina, if you have male genitalia right now, I sincerely doubt it's anything you haven't seen before so just dig out your least fitted clothes and deal with it until it's over.

...seriously, if you're affected you're not excused from -- anything, but I'll let you use my shower so you don't have an existential crisis when you need to choose which set of Inmate bathrooms to use.

Kirk relaxed a little bit more, and snorted. "You take your new bits for a test drive yet?"

Inconceivably, she actually blushed. "Uh, no."

Jim snorted. He couldn't actually see the blush from where he was lying, and that was probably more for her benefit than his. "... I think I'm okay with helping if you wanted to."

Her hands stilled on his back. Well, okay. It wasn't like the thought hadn't crossed her mind, and the only long-term downside here was that she'd probably never be able to look Angua in the eye, but...

"You think you're okay? Don't - push yourself on my account, Jim."

Jim didn't say anything for a moment before he propped himself up on an elbow to face her better. "I think this is about the first time in over a week that I didn't immediately think of your death in port when I saw you."

And if he wasn't reminded of her death, then he wasn't reminded of his, and then he wasn't reminded of Enterprise, and if he wasn't reminded of Enterprise, then he wasn't reminded of the fact that he was stuck here.

She was silent for a moment, watching him carefully, then nodded once.

"I...okay."

Kirk made no promises about what after the flood would be like. Every hideous thing would probably come back full force when she looked like herself again but they could cross that when they came to it.

"I'll say stop if it's too much."

Shego was peripherally aware that this was possible but she was trusting Kirk to be able to set his own speed here. It was the only option she had, really.

"Yeah." She grabbed the towel she'd brought out and wiped her hands.

"You kinda have an unfair advantage over me right now," he pointed out, gesturing between his own toplessness and the fact that she still had all of her clothes still on.

She hadn't exactly been ignoring the fact he wasn't wearing a shirt. Right now it was actually kind of distracting. She swallowed.

"So do something about it."
