Shego emerged from behind a tree a few moments later, having heading in his direction since hearing the sound of footsteps. She was still a bit slow on her feet thanks to a turned ankle, but it wasn't so bad that she couldn't run if needed.

"Doc-!"

She moved forward suddenly, very nearly opening her arms to hug him out of sheer relief, then stopped short at the last second and crossed her arms over her chest instead.
