[The CES is just being kind of ordinary mid-European countryside today. Trees, grass, a lake, rocks, sunshine, all that jazz. There are also two tents near the lakeside: one of them is that horrible burnt gold Starfleet command colour and the other one is green and black. Yes, these are tents belonging to the most predictable people in the universe, shut up.

Shego is sitting on a rock with her toes in the water, paging through a day's worth of network entries because she hasn't bothered to check it yet. Kirk is possibly off being eaten by a wolf somewhere, she doesn't know or care much.

It's kind of weird getting all this stuff backwards. A couple of people talking about some drama or other, then some nerd in a horrific tie talking about friendship, Angelica warning against married life, drama, Amanda being crazy, the Doctor talking about....huh. Then a couple more bits and pieces and finally the revelation that Sexby beat the hell out of the Marquis for some reason or other.

Huh. Oh well, nothing that impacts on her at all so she doesn't really care.]

"Whatever, I think we both know I'm not talking about anything fundamentally evil here. I'm just saying, I'm not better than anything, I just know there's nothing I could do here that'd be worth the consequences. I'm not some member of the 'irrational brainwashed crazy' brigade who does stuff because they don't know how else to exist."

"You're just lazy. And we're beating a dead horse again."

"Look where we are. We sent the whole stable to the glue factory like six months ago."

"And nothing's stuck." That was a terrible joke but.. it was too late to take it back. "What a horrible waste of horses."
