Shego had gotten sidetracked the previous night - you didn't exactly say no to Kirk's orders, after all - and by the time that whole surprising-yet-still-quite-unpleasant event was over with, it seemed too late to go see Mozenrath. He needed his sleep, after all. But by the next morning, after a few hours of unsettled sleep in an empty cabin, her Warden still hadn't caught up with her and she decided that meant it was safe to move.

She hadn't dared to check the infirmary to see if he was still laid out in there. Returning to the scene of the crime and everything. Bad idea.

Getting to Mozenrath's cabin as quickly as she could without drawing needless attention, she gave the door a series of rapid little taps.

"Moze?" she said, stage-whispering. "I'm so sorry I couldn't come sooner. Is it unlocked?"
