Makes as much sense as anything. Turns out the ghost is my shadow, 'cept it's...hell if I know what it is. It's alive.

Why the costumes, though? Science don - doesn't exactly call for me wearin' gator teeth. You'd want it as simple as you can get, right?

Yeah. I found a - I don't even know, it's like an outfit you'd see on a trapeze artist. Not really vacationwear.
Maybe we all got rounded up for the experiment because we were a little bit weird to begin with?
