[The video feed flickers to life when Shego smacks her communicator a couple times by mistake, groping along the side of her nightstand for a chirping alarm clock. She switches off the alarm, sits up and runs both hands through her hair - Shego's bed-hair is a terrifying thing to behold, it looks like there's twice as much of it as usual.

She swings her legs over the side of the bed and then, finally, notices the communicator. She leans in for a closer look, looking tired and bewildered.]

Doctor D, the heck is -

[There's a flicker of recognition in her face, and then her expression becomes completely unreadable.]

No.

Oh no no no.

No no no no no NO NO--

[The screen fills with green energy, cracks, then goes blank.]

[Kirk was sure of two things. That she was going to be in a pretty pissy mood for a while and she was most likely going to ignore him if he tried to contact her over the journals after that a little fit. So he was just going to skip that part and go right to the part where he was in her face where she couldn't ignore him.]

"Shego." [He was pretty much pounding on her door from the second he got there.] "Make this easy on us both and let me in."
