[The video feed flickers to life when Shego smacks her communicator a couple times by mistake, groping along the side of her nightstand for a chirping alarm clock. She switches off the alarm, sits up and runs both hands through her hair - Shego's bed-hair is a terrifying thing to behold, it looks like there's twice as much of it as usual.
She swings her legs over the side of the bed and then, finally, notices the communicator. She leans in for a closer look, looking tired and bewildered.]
Doctor D, the heck is -
[There's a flicker of recognition in her face, and then her expression becomes completely unreadable.]
No.
Oh no no no.
No no no no no NO NO--
[The screen fills with green energy, cracks, then goes blank.]
[OOC: ohai I'm back from hiatus <3]

Voice, since she smooshed the video :C
I'm -
How can I -
[There's the sound of something breakable being smashed against the wall. She returns to the communicator a minute later, sounding very slightly like she's got herself reigned in.]
How long have I been gone? Last thing I remember...the Barge was a cruise ship thing.
Voice - :C
How long do you think you've been gone?

I'm not exactly going to be useful in this situation having been gone nearly eight months myself. I was told my time away amounted to two weeks in Barge time, but I wouldn't take my word for it.
Bummer.

"Shego." [He was pretty much pounding on her door from the second he got there.] "Make this easy on us both and let me in."

"Yeah, that's nice. Open the door."

Not the most mature response, but whatever. Her mind was still slotting together the forgotten nine months she'd spent on the Barge and the six months she'd spent back home, and while speaking over the communicator was one thing, the immediacy of Kirk's presence right there was more than she wanted to deal with just then.
Re: SPAM
Kirk sighed. "Just open the door. Please."

[There's a small, breathless laugh.]
You're wrong. I don't loathe you any more. I just don't care. That was a really long time ago and you no longer register on my mental radar in any significant way whatsoever.

No hopscotch, though. I'm allergic to pleasant childhood nostalgia.

Like I say, I don't hate you? But I still never want to deal with you again. Have a fun existence here, I know I'm going to.

What the hell is going on between you and Mozenrath?

Nothing?

I think I've got a right to know if one thing has anything to do with the other, and if so, is he going to do this all the goddamn time.
